ABOUT Our Process

An Initial Consultation will identify your needs, goals and challenges.  It is important for the organizer to see how you live, and to understand each room’s function. An initial consultation is generally thirty minutes and is free.​

After the initial consultation, the organizer will set up an appointment to begin work.  We are available seven days a week, and can schedule appointments in the day or evening.  Our work is best done with you when you can devote three to four hours of uninterrupted time to the project.  Our goal is to coach you through the organizing process using the SPACE  methodology - SORT - PURGE - ASSIGN - CONTAINERIZE - EQUALIZE.*

We do not enter your home and just throw away your possessions!  We work with you to help you make the tough decisions.  At TLC Organizing, we strive to be respectful of our client’s possessions and opinions.  We understand that entrusting another person in to your home and life can be difficult.  You can depend on TLC to be professional, confidential, and compassionate in all we do.
